This Return & Refund Policy applies to


Since Melken Solutions is offering non-tangible irrevocable document scanning and conversion services we do not issue returns once the service is rendered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon doing business with Melken Solutions. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the service that we provide. As such, you have 1 Year from date of service to request that Melken correct a deficiency with services rendered.


If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please do not hesitate to contact us. Refunds may be requested for documents that were scanned in poor quality. If we are unable to resolve your issue successfully after 60 days from your first attempt, we will be more than happy to refund you for documents that we were not able to successfully convert.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Melken will occasionally update this Return & Refund Policy to reflect company and customer feedback. Melken encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Melken is protecting your information.
